Fat problems are nothing new to me. Or to lots of other people.

I’ve been everywhere from athletic to voluptuous to blob like. And back. Twice. My story isn’t unique.

This time however, I am betting the ending is. That’s why I want it on paper. Well, you know what I mean.

I want to preserve my story. Hope you can relate.

    • Thanks so much! I lost nearly 100 pounds about 6 years ago, but the pounds crept back on after I got married…Focus and positivity are definitely key.

    • Hi Lori!

You are very sweet to have missed me – AGAIN – and I can’t believe it has been so long since I checked in on the blog. Please refer to “When A Weight Loss Blogger Disappears . . .” for info.

But seriously, I’ve come back for the cathartic nature of blogging and support it provides. Need a little more of both in my life. Hope you are well!
